Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Draft2Publish WordPress plugin and related services (“Service”) operated by ZEZI B LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By installing, activating, or using Draft2Publish, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Draft2Publish is a WordPress plugin that automates content generation using third-party AI models. The plugin connects to external AI providers using API keys you provide (Bring Your Own Keys / BYOK model) to research, write, optimize, and publish articles within your WordPress site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you use Draft2Publish on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Account & API Keys

3.1 Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WordPress site and API keys
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must comply with each AI provider’s terms of service when using their APIs through Draft2Publish
  • You are responsible for any costs incurred with AI providers through your API keys

3.2 BYOK Model

Draft2Publish uses a “Bring Your Own Keys” model. You connect your own API keys from third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Replicate, Leonardo.ai). We do not provide API access, subsidize API costs, or mark up provider pricing. Your relationship with each AI provider is separate and governed by their respective terms.

3.3 API Key Security

Your API keys are stored in your WordPress database on your hosting server. We do not have access to your keys and are not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from compromised hosting, weak passwords, or other security failures on your end.

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Plans

Draft2Publish offers four tiers: Starter (Free), Pro, Pro+, and Agency. Current pricing is available at draft2publish.ai/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Freemius. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Freemius’s Terms of Service. We do not directly handle or store payment card information.

4.3 Billing Cycle

  • Monthly plans are billed every 30 days
  • Annual plans are billed once per year
  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges
  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then you are moved to Starter (Free) tier. No refund is issued for the remaining period of monthly plans.

4.5 Refunds

  • 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (first subscription only)
  • Annual plan cancellations after 14 days: prorated refund for unused full months
  • Refund requests: email [email protected] with your order number

5. Content Ownership & Responsibility

5.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content generated using Draft2Publish. We claim no rights to your generated articles, images, or other output.

5.2 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Draft2Publish is produced by third-party AI models. While we optimize for quality and accuracy:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations
  • Research citations should be verified
  • You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking all generated content before publishing
  • We do not guarantee that generated content will rank in search engines or achieve any particular results

5.3 Content Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content published on your site complies with applicable laws, including copyright, advertising regulations, industry-specific regulations, AI disclosure requirements, and platform policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Draft2Publish to:

  • Generate content that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Produce spam, misleading, or deceptive content at scale
  • Create content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Generate harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory content
  • Circumvent tier limits, rate limits, or other usage restrictions
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the plugin’s source code (beyond what the GPL license permits)
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the plugin outside of the Agency tier’s white-label provisions

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

Draft2Publish is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2) or later. “Draft2Publish,” the Draft2Publish logo, and related branding are trademarks of ZEZI B LLC. Agency tier subscribers may remove Draft2Publish branding from generated content as specified in their subscription features.

8. Third-Party Services

Draft2Publish integrates with third-party services (AI providers, Freemius, GitHub) that have their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs may affect Draft2Publish functionality.

9. Service Availability & Support

  • Starter: Community support (WordPress.org forums)
  • Pro / Pro+: Email support ([email protected])
  • Agency: Priority email support

We strive to keep Draft2Publish functional and updated, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Draft2Publish is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZEZI B LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of Draft2Publish, content you generate or publish, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using Draft2Publish at any time by deactivating and deleting the plugin. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, your use poses a security risk, required by law, or we discontinue the Service (with 90 days’ notice). Content already generated remains in your WordPress database.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, your remedy is to stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to attempt resolution through good-faith email negotiation for at least 30 days.
